What is covered by MaiaMina's warranty?
All MaiaMina jewelry is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, including:
- Loose or missing stones due to manufacturing defects
- Broken clasps, chains, or components caused by workmanship issues
- Structural defects that affect normal wear
- Abnormal plating issues that occur under proper use
If your jewelry experiences any of these issues, our team will assess the item and provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
To begin a warranty claim, please email support@maiamina.com with your order number and photos of the affected item.
Once approved, our team will provide detailed instructions for returning the item for inspection and service.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Our warranty does not cover:
- Lost items or stolen items
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by improper use, excessive force, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents
- Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or improper storage
- Repairs or modifications performed by a third party
Please note that jewelry plating naturally wears over time depending on wear habits and environmental exposure.
My jewelry has faded or changed color. Is this covered?
Gold plating and rhodium plating naturally wear over time.
If you experience significant fading or discoloration within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Care team at support@maiamina.com. Our specialists will review your case and may offer repair or replating services depending on the condition of the item.
My jewelry is damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us at support@maiamina.com and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue

Where do I send my item for repair or warranty service?
All warranty repairs and inspections are handled through MaiaMina's Hong Kong Service Center.
If your claim is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Please do not send your item before receiving authorization from our team.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
Customers are responsible for shipping the item to MaiaMina's service center.
After inspection, MaiaMina will cover the shipping cost of sending the repaired or replacement item back to you.
How long does a repair or warranty service take?
Most repairs and warranty assessments are completed within 14–25 business days after the item arrives at our Hong Kong Service Center.
Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the repair and seasonal demand.
Will I receive a replacement or a repair?
Our team will evaluate each case individually.
Depending on the condition of the item, we may offer:
- Professional repair
- Replating service
- Replacement of the same item
- Store credit
The final solution will be determined after inspection.
